“See No Mum Alone” has been replaying in my head every time I pray for MOPS. What can I do? Again I find myself pressing in to the Lord, seeking direction. MOPS is such a gift, such a blessing, such an opportunity to practically minister to other mothers. My friend Donna Hill says “MOPS is God’s Gift to me”. That’s how I feel too. Many times I’ve heard “if the Lord calls you to it, He will equip you for it!”.
The reality is Queensland’s Sunshine Coast is in my rear-view mirror. I am constantly travelling, visiting other MOPS groups rather than those in my Region. My heart is a little torn. I want to encourage these inspiring girls, by providing training and support for them. I want to “See No MOPS Leader Alone”, that’s my heart. I can only do what I can... I can coordinate with Jillian Ross to organise a combined North Brisbane/Sunshine Coast Regional Training day for mid January.
I’m just an email/sms/facebook/mobile phone call away. And I can pray! We need more groups on the Sunshine Coast! There are more Mums just like you and I out there, hurting and lonely, seeking relationship with the one true God! This is our Mission Field....this is God’s gift. I invite you to do what you can to share the gift of MOPS, to “See No Mum Alone”.... I’m praying for you...Even there, His hand will guide you, his right hand will hold you fast . . .
